Notes: Great slopers
Black Cauldron is is one of those problems that when
you turn the corner and see it, its like...Oooh! Whats
that? Those chalked up slopers beaming on the black upper
wall seem to irresistibly becon boulderers to them. First
climbed by Joe Morgan.
Sit start at jugs on the lower right corner of the boulder.
Fire a few long reaches on jugs, then trend left on small
knobs and sweet slopers across the black upper face. Finish
at the apex of the boulder on a few shallow dishes. The
top is 12ft. tall and there is a sharp-edged boulder close
behind so a spotter is recommended.
