Subject: The Organ Grinder
Rating: V5
Quality: 3 stars
Location: Tram
Notes: Tricky
This tricky little boulder problem was discovered and
first climbed by Don James and Rick Craig, in respective
order. The line basically follows a series of sidepulls
that all angle in the same direction.
Sit start at jugs, then follow the right angling line
of sidepulls. There are several left exit possibilities,
but the line described here moves to the right, along
a white dike in the rock. The crux comes in the middle
as a big throw that could also be done utilizing some
small crimps. The sloper topout ain't no gimme neither,
so be prepared to put up a fight. The problem is maybe
9 or 10ft. tall.
